The best massage in DC. Dawn has magical hands. The place is lovely, clean and cozy. Will be back!
- Flavia R.
I had some class pass points that I wanted to use up and decided on a massage here instead of going to my usual spot. My therapist was Dawn and I probably had the best deep tissue I've ever had! I finally slept though the night without my back pain waking me up and sincerely recommend this place. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and the other therapist who checked me in was also very friendly. 10/10

I walked into the studio with my pain at a 10 out of 10 … I left feeling like a completely different person. My pain was a 0 out of 10 when I walked out the door … I had better mobility, felt lighter, and experienced relief that I hadn't felt in a long time.

This was one of the best massages I have gotten in my life and I get a lot due to being a former athlete with prior injuries. Highly recommend to anyone! Dynesha did my massage and it was so relaxing. I will definitely be returning again!

I've been a client here for a few years and was relieved to see the transition to new ownership hasn't changed what makes this place great. I see Dawn for integrative massages and she never disappoints. She accurately assesses what your body needs and works out even the most stubborn knots.

Darcell is phenomenal! She uses the perfect amount of pressure - not too light or too intense. Almost fell asleep. Can't wait to come back!

We cannot thank Spa Flow Studio enough for making our 11th wedding anniversary so special! They … managed to squeeze us in for a last-minute couple's massage, which completely saved the day … it was the BEST deep tissue massage I have ever had in my life.
- Tolu T.
Dawn was absolutely phenomenal. I had a car accident 4 weeks ago and I have endometriosis, and really needed a medical massage … I was in so much pain before and can now walk without pain!
- Julia M.
Wonderful service and care from each team member! I appreciate the time taken to explain the sauna treatment … The deep tissue massage was terrific. I had a great experience and left feeling very relaxed.
